All are welcome at our Community Gathering!

Focus & Relax Community Gatherings are open to everyone, free to attend, and take place on the 4th Sunday of every month. This is our favorite way to connect you all with one another as well as with our dedicated staff. Together we will foster new relationships, participate in relaxation sessions, hear from guest speakers, and more. Current Focus & Relax clients and VIP members are always welcome to bring guests; there are also special perks for VIP members who attend.

RSVPs are greatly appreciated to help us prepare for the event and manage the waitlist. Light refreshments will be served with vegan and gluten free options available.
